STEPS TO BUILDING A HOME

1. Obtain loan “pre-approval,” the first part of the load approval process, from your bank to establish your budget.

2. Review the information package to become familiarized with what we have to offer in a new home.

3. Make an appointment to tour a completed home or a model home. During that appointment you will choose your colors as we design a home to fit your needs and tastes.

4. We will provide you a rough draft proposal, based on all of your preliminary choices, for your review and consideration to develop the final proposal.

5. We provide the final proposal and contract to you for your approval.

6. You take the proposal/contract to your lending institution to initiate the second part of the loan process which we refer to as the “project approval.”

7. Final approval by the lending institution usually takes two to six weeks. After final approval is obtained, a “Notice of Commencement” will be issued and we can break ground on your project.

8. The actual start date for your project is assigned along with the projected completion date; which is normally 90 days after ground breaking.

We want this adventure to be fun and exciting and end with your total satisfaction. We will accomplish this through good communication and with a strong professional team effort. Please call if you have any questions; we look forward to meeting with you to discuss your new home.

Note: We do work with cash contracts. The process is a little different. Please contact us for details.
