Sand Hills Light stands over 90 feet tall with a brick tower and an attached two story house. Built in 1919, the Sand Hills Light was only active for 35 years. Deteriorating badly, the light had undergone complete restoration. The lighthouse has been lovingly restored and has been operating for many years as a lovely bed and breakfast.
