Location: Offshore Port Austin, Michigan. Huron County Click Here for Map	Driving Directions: At M-53 and M-25 intersection 2.5 miles off shore at Port Austin, near Pointe Aux Barques woodlands.

Port Austin Reef was established in 1876, and now contains a plastic lens. Its base is octoganal and the light is square. It can be viewed by aircraft or by boat. There is a charter service that provides sight-seeing tours to the reef from Grindstone City.
